An affluent suburb of Fort Worth, just over 3 miles from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Colleyville has a population of 22,800 residents.  This town, named after Dr. Lilburn Howard Colley, a legendary country doctor at the turn of the last century, is the safest place to live in Texas. The violent crime rate in Colleyville is 21.1, and the chance of being involved in a property crime here is  just .07%.

Murphy

The city of Murphy, TX is located in Collin County between Plano and Wylie.  Just 2 miles south of the famous Southfork Ranch, Murphy promotes a country-living atmosphere with its minimum 9,000 square foot lot size for homes.  Living in this community of 17,700 residents is a safe choice, with a violent crime rate of 26.8 and the chance of being affected by property crime here just .06%.

Flower Mound

An unincorporated town located northwest of Dallas and adjacent to Grapevine Lake, Flower Mound has seen rapid growth in recent years and now has over 64,000 residents.  The town has tried to use a smart growth system for urban planning, and crime here isn’t a problem.  The violent crime rate in Flower Mound is 30.9, and your chance of being involved in a property crime is .08%.

Southlake

Keller

Highland Village
